SUPER-MIX

The impeller is the most important component of the mixing equipment. The rotational energy generated by the motor is transmitted to the impeller through the shaft and converted into kinetic energy there. At this point, fluid movement, pressure and shearing are generated. Depending on the flow pattern generated by the proportion between the pressure, shearing force and discharge direction, the flow pattern of the impeller are divided into the axial flow type and the radial flow type.

SUPER-MIX HR320

We have adopted the forward swept effect into the blade. In addition, the blade has a single-step bent-up structure with wash-out being provided toward the blade tip. This impeller is for a low-speed mixer with improved discharge performance through a suppression of flow separation on the back of the blade.

Double-blade construction is adopted based on HR320. This impeller is provided with anti-vibration measures using a unique blade tip plate in consideration of vibration generated by agitation in the vicinity of the tank bottom and by the blade passing through the liquid level.

HS600 Series impeller has been researched and developed not as a single blade unit but as mixing equipment included in the mixing tank. It has improved the mixing action in the "uniform dispersion series" including solid-liquid and slurry agitation by controlling the pressure distribution inside the tank.

We have realized a very low power number for a turbine. Compared with the conventional turbine type, it offers higher liquid fluidizing action and gas absorption capability. It concentrates the flow by using the lifting force of the impeller with low power, and produces strong shearing and destructive actions utilizing pressure gradient and fluctuation in the discharge field.

SUPER-MIX MR203

MR203 is a special large- and broad-bladed impeller developed mainly for application in the medium to low ranges of Reynolds number with high mixing performance. Satake's proprietary special serrated shape used in this impeller, and the trapezoidal shape running toward the bottom of the tank produce strong suction flow and major circulating flow due to the clearance effect at the center of the shaft. This impeller is particularly suitable when the attachment of content to the blade needs to be avoided, or when washing properties are important.

SUPER-MIX MR205

This is a large- and broad-bladed impeller that exhibits a double-blade effect. The pressure difference between the front surface of the main blade and the auxiliary blade surface provides powerful discharge flow in a radial direction even in highly viscous liquids. Furthermore, the large trapezoidal blade radius toward the bottom of the main blade creates a strong upward flow from the tank bottom to the liquid surface. In addition, the serrated shape of the slit to the main blade has realized uniform mixing by completely eliminating mixing failure.

simple construction and smaller blade area, the suction flow fr

rtical direction to improve the pressure distribution within the ta
nk.

SUPER-MIX MR524

This is a layered impeller with no central axis. It has succeeded in drastically improving the mixing performance in the ultra high viscosity range (mixing Reynolds number of 1 or less) where mixing was conventionally difficult to implement in the mixing tank. Multiple stages of the blades in a tilted arrangement generate strong upward and downward currents. The bottom blades were provided to reinforce the mixing process in the bottom of the tank. The tilted blades have contributed to realizing high mixing performance.
